The model is based around responsibility and individuals taking full responsibility for their well-being and challenging the issues affecting it.
The model is equally a leadership model in that it covers the responsibilities of leaders and supervisors to manage their staff, maximise their potential and deliver the best they can for the organisation.
The training provides a full breakdown of the model and example scenarios to demonstrate the model in action, including a self-assessment. Individuals will see how it works and what is expected from them around responsibility.
The training includes a check in after one month to assist the implementation and 1- 1 coaching to help individuals through it, providing support and assistance with delivery for three months.
