Having chaired 4 different Community Safety Partnerships and numerous Safeguarding Adult's and Children's Boards, we understand the pressures and demands of multi-agency working.
We have developed a wellbeing and communication model (SORT-IT) which teaches people how to take responsibility for their health and wellbeing, along with how to have difficult conversations. This has been developed with a counselling psychologist and is making a real difference to individuals and leaders. Early intervention is always the best solution and difficult and challenging conversations are often avoided, even by senior leaders.
